Ivan Nikolic is Policy Lead at Oxfam Novib focusing on Inequality and Tax & Spending. He has previously led Oxfam’s RtbH program in the OPT. Before joining Oxfam, Ivan worked in academia and with civic society organizations on good governance, civil society strengthening, election monitoring and IHL. Ivan holds JD degree from the University of Belgrade and Master of Laws (LL.M) in International Human Rights and Humanitarian Law from the American University Washington College of Law.
