I would like to support the work on inequality and fiscal justice around the confederation and I would like to put my expertise to use as much as possible. I am the senior policy advisor for the MENA Regional Platform and working on boosting the inequality work in the region as much of the work has been focused on humanitarian response. I have extensively worked on inequalities, fiscal policy, taxation, labour and gender issues in Oxfam and before coming to Oxfam as a researcher and staff at the International Labour Organization, as well as working with local NGOs in Lebanon on gender issues and development. My geographical knowledge covers the MENA region, including GCC countries. Arabic is my mother tongue and I am fluent in English and French.
