With the arrival of a new government in Zimbabwe, the citizens were eager for change. Oxfam Zimbabwe seized this opportunity to develop its national inequality report.

The Zimbabwe inequality report project was undertaken by the country team with the help of local consultants. In the early stages of the project, the team identified a need for support to develop the terms of reference and to make sure that the whole report was consistent with Oxfam policies.

Through FESM, advisors from across Oxfam helped review the ToR. Hopefully, this report will help stir the new government towards policies that tackle inequality and bring a wind of change for the citizens of Zimbabwe.

The process is ongoing and FESM advisors will remain available to provide feedback on the draft report.
