An opportunity opened up for Laos to deepen their work on the topic of gender responsive budgeting. The team needed support on a number of issues including short-term technical support for the development of their gender responsive budgeting concept note for an EU call and support with facilitating a programme development workshop.

FESM facilitated the connection with some of the advisors across the confederation. Oxfam International, Oxfam LAC, Oxfam Australia, Oxfam Great Britain, Oxfam Belgium and other colleagues connected with Laos on this ongoing challenge.
